A Sleeping Zoe (just the way we like her)

Zoe likes her sleep. She also likes Pink Monkey, Pooh Bear, and Old School Pooh Bear.
And she likes to sleep in strange positions.

This is Mr. Dino.

Sometimes she throws her toys out of the crib and is left to sleep with nothing.

From an early age of a few weeks old, we taught Zoe that she was not to get used to falling asleep on us. So to this day, she doesn't fall asleep while we hold her. UNLESS, as this picture shows, you are a strange Japanese lady in our tour group to Sapporo and you are completely exhausted from traveling all day.

We have learned to gauge how tired Zoe is based on how she falls asleep in the car seat.
These are the stages of tiredness:
If no hands are on her head then she is just sleepy and rubbing her head will wake her up.
If one hand is on her head then she is tired and rubbing her head probably won't wake her up.
If two hands are on her head then she is completely exhausted and nothing will wake her up. Not even a hard turn that makes her whole body shift from side to side. Not that I have ever done that to test it.

We think she thinks she is on a beach in a lounge chair or something.

This picture is my view in the rear view mirror which I can see Zoe in the mirror in front of her.
I just thought it was a neat picture

Sleep tight little one.
