Panorama of Downtown

Here is a panorama of the downtown area of Guam. This probably encompasses about 85% of the non residential areas of Guam. The tourist area. Click on the picture to make it larger, but I am sure I lost a little quality resizing it for the internet. The above is comprised of four separate pictures taken from a cliff.

Backyard

Heres a better view of our new playground and how close it is to our house.
As you can see it dramatically reduced the amount of grass I have to mow.





And here is it before, with the old dilapidated swing set.

Wasps!

This is a wasp that is building its own little mud hut house for its larvae on one of our plastic patio chairs. I've been trying to photograph this guy for a while thats why I haven't Godzilla'd the mud hut yet.

Random Pictures

The waves were huge recently. We had a tropical storm recently and it was insanely windy and a little rainy.




This is what the wind does to huge palm trees. Two of them the tops came clear off.

Backyard Update

Here is what our backyard is looking like now. They are almost done, and then our backyard will be kid central. But on the plus side there is that much less grass that I have to mow now.
