World Traveling Baby!

Just a quick picture and update to show you Zoe in Singapore. Yep, Singapore. She has now been to more countries and on more planes at 3 months than her father was at 20 years! We had a nice little layover in Taiwan on our way here. She was good most of the flights, but thats just because she was sleeping.

Apparently no one in Singapore has ever seen a baby before. We are like rockstars rolling down the streets, everyone wants to come up and see the baby. An Indian group actually stopped us and took pictures with her. I think if Christine had a machette a few people would have lost arms by now. They want to touch the baby but there is NO TOUCHING THE BABY! More to come later.

Clothes Call

This is Zoe in her St. Patrick's Day outfit her grandma got her. I tried to get a decent picture but she was too busy watching tv again!

This is Zoe in training for hanging out with Great Grandpa Pop. She just needs to figure out where the remote is.

We wrap her up every night and that seems to help her fall asleep and stay asleep (so far). But every once in a while this is how we find her in the morning. Somehow the velcro just doesn't hold up to baby kicks and squirms. Most mornings she manages to get one hand or arm out and we find her with it behind her head like shes just relaxing waiting for us to come change her diaper.
This is the after photo of Zoe doing her own stunts. The before photo (which we don't have) is Zoe on her back on that blue towel. Mom turns her back for two seconds and returns to find this. I have actually seen her do it (mom always seems to just see the after effects). She kicks one leg and that gives her just enough momentum to roll over. But hey she found the remote, she just has to get back to the man chair.
Yes baby is more awake and aware than dad in this photo. I know I look pretty bad but the cuteness of my baby should distract you so you don't see me.
For lent I decided to give up holding my baby when she cries, then she gave me this face. Its beyond the saddest thing you have ever seen. So I decided to give up dog sledding instead.
Just another picture of Zoe in her cute outfits, Pants this time! See we actually do dress her from time to time.

Oh and speaking of clothes/dressing. I would personally like to thank whoever thought that 100 buttons on a baby outfit is a good idea, especially when they are kicking and screaming and could explode from any orifice at any time. Ya much better than a simple zipper or velcro, good call.

Baby Pod and the proudest Great Grandma in the world.

Zoe's wall of fame at the proudest Great Grandmother in the worlds house.
Christine set up the above contraption so baby doesn't watch TV. The past couple days when I came home I found her watching Oprah, and that is simply unacceptable.

Super Baby

By day, Zoe shrouds herself in the frog towel.
But when duty calls.................
Believe it or not
I'm walking on air
I never thought I could feel so free eee eee
Flying around on a wing and a prayer
Who could it be
Believe it or not its Zoe

Dad's pants versus baby pants. The sad part is her pants are still a bit too big for her, the same can't be said for dads.

Your dreams can come true, I'm living proof.

Where do baby nightmares come from?

They come from the parents putting so many stuffed animals right in front of the baby.

Baby's close up view.

But she must love them lots because she started to crawl to them and knock them down.
