Feeding the Birds (and Xander)

We decided to take the kids out to feed the ducks. It took a while to find a park with ducks but we finally found one, it was about the size of someone's front yard connected to a dock. Either side was someones property, beach front property. Of course the ducks were farther away and the pelicans move faster. So we just told the kids they were white ducks.

Of course, Xander being Xander the moment he got the bread he just ate it. Took him a few minutes to see Zoe feeding the "ducks" before he did. Then it became a bite for Xander, a piece for the ducks, a bite for Xander, a bite for the ducks oh wait I think Xander will take that bite too.

Whenever the kids go into the playroom you can hear them playing, laughing having fun in general. Then it goes silent. Thats usually when I walk in to check on them. This is what I found. I missed the picture of Zoe halfway up the toy chest to grab the bag of blocks but Xander was stuck so I got these pictures.
If we had known we could have saved the money on a crib and let Xander sleep on the furniture we would have.

Those aren't ducks. They are Seagulls from California. That's why they are so hungry. There must be tons of ducks there and Pelican's too with all that rain and sea water. Look out for the Geese because they bite you on the back of your legs or other protruding large round soft parts in the back of you.I know this for a fact because our neighbors had a goose that was very fast and very mean and didn't like me. This very important information is coming to you from California where old inquiring minds live who are full of good useless information like this.

Those are two very cute darling children whom I love very much and could look at and listen to all day. Kisses to everyone and lots and lots of tickles. Love Great Nan
