Easter Egg Hunt

Today we had an egg hunt with friends. All Zoe wanted to do before the egg hunt started was to hunt eggs. But once the egg hunt actually started, she wanted nothing to do with actually hunting the eggs. This is her before the start of the egg hunt wondering why she can't play with all the other eggs.

"I am not doing anything wrong here. I'm not touching the eggs."

She got her face painted like a bunny. Still holding an untimely hunted egg.

Enjoying hot cross bread. And holding on to her bucket of timely forced hunted eggs.

What a wonderful way to celebrate Easter. Zoe looks adorable as usual. Did anyone put something inside of the eggs? The only thing missing is us. Who is going to teach her how to play hide and seek, to dunk her cookies in milk, and how to dip her fry's in ketchup and other good stuff just the right way. How to jump out of nowhere and scare Mommy or Daddy. You were taught all of this good stuff at Zoe's age and your memories don't go that far back. And they think the old people forget. Not so! It takes a special old person to teach an almost 16 months old child these very important skills. Some old person that doesn't ever say NO! God! I wish I could be there. Oh well! We will have to be satisfied with pictures. Send lots and lots more. Videos too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Love Great Nan
